LAAND is a design research laboratory dedicated to the study and production of narratives, devices, and methodologies aimed at understanding and inhabiting contemporary regimes of relation between humans, non-humans, and technical systems emerging under the anthropocenic condition—understood not as a fixed category, but as a field of friction and transition.

Its work focuses on the analysis of ecological, technical, and symbolic assemblages, exploring how non-human entities —materials, organisms, infrastructures, waste, or systems— acquire agency, memory, and transformative capacity.

Through critical design, situated research, and narrative experimentation, LAAND develops conceptual frameworks and prototypes that challenge modern notions of nature, progress, and control, proposing new forms of relation, coexistence, and responsibility in anthropocenic and post-anthropocenic contexts.
